Esher Advisory appoints Tom Harris as Partner
Tom Harris has joined EA as Partner, effective May 6th, 2025
Accomplished global transformation and product-driven growth leader joins to further accelerate EA’s growth strategy
In his role as Partner and CCO, Tom will focus on accelerating EA’s growth by establishing new practices focused on innovation and product-driven growth and digital business transformation. Additionally, he’ll prepare EA for its next phase of growth by embedding data and AI across our service offering. He will report to Warren Kwei, Founder.

Tom joins EA from Mastercard
Tom has held multiple executive roles at Mastercard over the past 18 years, delivering product-driven growth and leading product and technology teams through complex change and transformation. Most recently, he led Mastercard’s Product Transformation team, responsible for driving a focus on growth and innovation across the organization. Prior roles included leading the Global Prepaid Product organization and the European Commercial Products team.
Prior to Mastercard, Tom held roles of increasing responsibility at American Express and Citigroup during his 14 years based in New York City. Tom holds an MA in Geography from St. Catherine’s College, Oxford University.
