The EA Board

As the Founder and Chairman of EA, Warren advises Shareholders and Exco teams on strategy, transformation and technology.

In addition to ensuring EA’s clients receive the greatest value from their change capital, his remit includes oversight of the EA partner eco-system, including Private Equity, Venture Funds and Technology providers.

Warren acts as an ‘expert’ advisor to several Board and Exco members at some of the largest enterprise clients, globally.

Warren is Chair of the Board and Co-Chair of the Advisory Board, alongside Tim Johnson.

As an entrepreneur, Warren has previously built and exited numerous ventures, including a large UK/Qatari based consulting group and a market leading, digital first, travel and hospitality business serving the gaming industry.

Tim has an enviable track record creating, building, and exiting high growth, extremely successful Insurance Businesses.

A serial Insurance sector operator/entrepreneur, vastly experienced in M&A (>100 transactions), leveraging the value of Private Equity Capital in buy and sell-side deals.

Developing businesses as they experience high growth is a core skill-set and Tim plays a central role in helping EA achieve it’s ambitions in this area.

Tim co-chairs the EA Board alongside the Founder and Chairman, Warren Kwei.

Kate provides strategy and commercial support to the business, inclusive of supporting the SMP with the construct of the businesses 3YP.

Kate has over 20 years’ experience leading teams globally in Managing Director, Commercial Strategy and Digital roles in Financial Services and Consumer sectors. Recent roles include, COO at SME Capital, Chief Digital Officer and Strategy Director at Travelex, Management Consulting at Bain & Co. and WHSmith.

Kate is a member of the EA Board.

As a Partner and COO, Julian is responsible for the EA People, HR Tech and Change practices.

Julian has advised on, delivered and assured some of the largest and most complex people focussed HR technology programmes. A recognised industry expert in his field, Julian supports clients in both designing and implementing their people and organisational strategies, often with a bias on growth.

In addition to his Partner role, Julian, as COO, owns the EA people agenda and leads on the development and retention of EAs intellectual property (IP).

As a Partner and CCO, Tom is responsible for the EA Product-Driven Growth and Business Transformation practices.

Tom has an impeccable track record of driving transformational growth within complex multi-national organisations, unlocking the power of people through technology. He is a recognised expert in innovation and product-driven growth and in creating customer value.

In addition to his Partner role, Tom, as CCO, ensures that EA’s clients benefit from the most relevant data and AI capabilities, ensuring our clients are at the centre of all we do.

An Oxford University graduate, Thomas has spent the last 25 years in senior digital focussed roles at Mastercard, American Express and Citigroup.
