As the Founder and Senior Managing Partner of EA, Warren advises executives on strategy, operations, transformation and technology.

In addition to ensuring clients receive the greatest value from their change capital, his remit includes the management of the EA partner eco-system, including private equity, venture funds and technology providers.

Warren is Co-Chair of the EA Advisory Board and retains accountability for implementing the businesses 3YP. As an entrepreneur, Warren has previously built and exited numerous ventures, including a Digital travel co. and a UK/Qatari based consulting group.

Warren has a passion for golf, retaining a handicap of 2. An ex elite level swimmer, he resides in Weybridge, Surrey.

As a Partner, Julian is responsible for the EA HR Tech and Change Management practices.

Julian is a recognised industry expert in the field of HR tech and transformation. Having implemented multiple platforms across several industries, within SMEs, from (250 FTE) to FTSE 100 PLCs, to (40,000 FTE), his HR tech experience is vast, unique even.

In addition to acting as the businesses COO, including the management of our people agenda, Julian is accountable for EAs intellectual property (IP) and is Co-Chair of Remco.

An avid cyclist, Julian rides in excess of 10,000 km annually. He resides in Reigate, Surrey.

Kate provides strategy and commercial support to the business, inclusive of supporting the SMP with the construct of the businesses 3YP.

Kate has over 20 years’ experience leading teams globally in Managing Director, Commercial Strategy and Digital roles in Financial Services and Consumer sectors. Recent roles include, COO at SME Capital, Chief Digital Officer and Strategy Director at Travelex, Management Consulting at Bain & Co. and WHSmith.

Kate is a member of the EA Advisory Board. She resides in London.

Thomas is a people-centred leader focused on unlocking growth through high performing teams.

With an impeccable track record of driving transformational outcomes focused on customer-centricity and speed to scale within complex multi-national organisations.

An Oxford University graduate, Thomas has spent the last 20 years in senior digital focussed roles at Mastercard, Amex and Citi.

Thomas is a member of the EA Advisory Board and counsels the teams on all things digital, culture, customer propositions/experience, and growth.

Thomas resides in Weybridge, Surrey.

Tim has an enviable track record creating, building, and exiting high growth, extremely successful Insurance Businesses.

A serial entrepreneur, vastly experienced in M&A (>100 transactions), leveraging the value of Private Equity Capital in buy and sell-side deals.

Developing businesses as they experience high growth is a core skill-set and Tim plays a central role in helping EA achieve it’s ambitions in this area.

Tim co-chairs the EA Advisory Board alongside the Founder and Senior Managing Partner, Warren Kwei.

Tim resides in Esher, Surrey. He has a passion for Golf (Handicap of 1), and enjoys travel.
