EA Partners host our new intake

EA is thrilled to welcome our latest group of consultants.

In late June, EA Partners hosted our newest cohort for a welcome to EA, off-site event.

The team spent a couple of days getting to know one-another, enjoying a race track drive in very quick (C63 & E63) cars, dinner and drinks, an overnight stay and a morning discussing our growth agenda and ways of working.

Zero to 60mph in 3.3 seconds

Granted, EA is a business well known for its ability to act with pace, but 0-60mph in 3.3 seconds (in race conditions), made for a few nauseous moments!

Five teams of two took turns at the wheel, being coached by a racing driver (with his own brakes just in case).

After an hour, it was time to unwind and socialise.

A focus on growth

After a somewhat late night getting to know each other over dinner and drinks, the team met for breakfast at the hotel before kicking off the days discussions.

A real focus on understanding our clients pain points, those they know and those they’re not yet aware of, ensued.

The team spent time refining our value proposition, distilling our services into products that are both timely in the current climate, and value-add for clients.

Assessing what this all means for our people and their own growth agenda was an important session. As EA constantly looks to strike the balance between differentiating ourselves vs. the consulting market, whilst being clear to deliver measurable, valuable outcomes for our clients.

" Thank you for bringing us all together. Wonderful to meet and spend quality time with the EA dream team. Emily B, Senior Consultant.
